Why people goes for starting a new firm rather than working for 

well established firm? 


Before saying "I don't want this" you should know "what you exactly want.." Starting a new firm is much more than choice or I will say it is one of the most critical responsibilities of the world.

Keep Track Of Your Goals With K.P.I.

Have you prepared K.P.I. sheet for your Business? K.P.I. = Key Performance Indicator As the word itself indicates that it is measurement for performance of your Startup.Once you have sliced goals it is important to keep track of your goals. K.P.I. is helpful to monitor entire goal achieving process.  1. Once you have slices of goals try to estimate time and resources required to achieve goals.  2. Now start working on each goal step by step.  3. When work is finished write down actual time and resources required for that goal.  4. Now note down the difference between estimated and actual time and resources.  5. Study that difference deeply and derive some conclusion from it so that it will be useful to achieve next goals.
