Keep Track Of Your Goals With K.P.I.

Have you prepared K.P.I. sheet for your Business? K.P.I. = Key Performance Indicator As the word itself indicates that it is measurement for performance of your Startup.Once you have sliced goals it is important to keep track of your goals. K.P.I. is helpful to monitor entire goal achieving process. 1. Once you have slices of goals try to estimate time and resources required to achieve goals. 2. Now start working on each goal step by step. 3. When work is finished write down actual time and resources required for that goal. 4. Now note down the difference between estimated and actual time and resources. 5. Study that difference deeply and derive some conclusion from it so that it will be useful to achieve next goals.

Every Goal is just an imagination without working on it. Plans never work without hard work . 1.Once you have heading/ goal try to find out resources to achieve that goal. 2.Resources may be technology, machinery, man power or anything. 3.Try to list down it and slice it into achievable small tasks. 4. Distribute responsibilities between team members. But remember to keep your one eye on big goals that you have decided at initial stage. In next article we will discuss how to keep track of your goals and how to monitor working process . So stay tuned....

I remember one story that I read few days before in a very famous book from Mrs. Sudha Murti The brief preface of that book is that writer was recalling stories from her childhood that her grand mother told them. So here is a story When Grandma was making snakes for grand children Seema was making calculation of much snakes should be prepared for them that for 15 members 15 Papad should be prepared and 15 Papad for 30 days means 15*30= 450 and If we eat Papad twice a day means 450*2= 900 Papad should be prepared .Grandma was listening the calculation and told one story to them "There was a king of some country and there was a man named Mr. Jorge. Mr. Jorge was a wise man and adviser of king. Once Mr. Jorge was travelling from a chariot. He was thinking of something and suddenly he noticed that Chariot is stopped and he smelled something... it was horse sheet. Mr. Jorge got disturbed and started to think on it If one family has 2 horses means for 400 families...
