Every Goal is just an imagination without working on it.



Plans never work without hard work .

1.Once you have heading/ goal try to find out resources to achieve that goal.

2.Resources may be technology, machinery, man power or anything.

3.Try to list down it and slice it into achievable small tasks. 

4. Distribute responsibilities between team members.

But remember to keep your one eye on big goals that you have decided at initial stage.
